About Promise

EMLI partnered with Promise Early Childhood Center in Lewiston, Maine to pilot the Kindergarten Math Readiness Program (KMRP) in the Fall of 2022. Promise offers Early Head Start, Head Start and pre-K programs, and serves over 300 children a year in Androscoggin County.

Connors Elementary School was chosen for the pilot program for the KMRP Family Math. Connors is one of Promise’s seven centers and is a part of a Lewiston Public Schools Pre-K Partnership.
